Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Insurance and Risk Management or a related field plus ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or a related position. In the alternative, in lieu of a Bachelors degree in one of the above enumerated fields, employer will accept an additional two 2 years of experience in the field, for a total of twelve 12 years of experience. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br Must have ten 10 years of experience with all of the following Account management for large and complex global risk management accounts; Large and complex global insurance programs with an emphasis on North American, European, Bermudian and Australian markets; Assessing potential repercussions of tax and regulatory issues as they relate to a clients global insurance program and the placement of such programs worldwide; Leading an expansive client service team within North America, and in foreign jurisdictions; Performing claims advocacy support, including for professional liability claim disputes; Designing insurance programs and servicing accounts in the construction, engineering and real estate domains; Reviewing and assessing stakeholder risks in complex contracts or agreements; and Presenting to board and senior level executives.br br Travel Requirement 10 domestic and international travel is required for annually scheduled client stewardship meetings and to unanticipated company and client sites throughout the course of the year.br br Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the work site.
