Must also possess experience engaging and leading cross functional teams; leading and managing change processes and situational leadership; utilizing Systems, Applications Products in data processing tools in a manufacturing environment; utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning software, specifically SAP; and utilizing Six Sigma problem solving methodology.
