Masters degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 8 years of prior experience managing brands or portfolios within the consumerpackaged goods industry. Prior experience must include Leading innovation, brand building and project management initiatives, focusing on consumer goods for leading global CPG companies; Utilizingbr SOP methodologies to lead brand and innovation development, including packaging design, communication, and marketing for global consumer goods brands; Leveraging digital marketing and data driven marketing tools Google analytics, SEO, paid search, programmatic, performance marketing, CRM to develop brand and marketing strategies for leading global brands; and close collaboration with senior global stakeholders and Clevel executives to deploy global initiatives in key markets, including emerging and developed markets. 20 international travel required.
