Juris Doctorate and 5 years experience in product formation, product development and product maintenance providing commerciallyfocused advice, including in response to local legal and regulatory changes, and managing external counsel relationships and fee terms globally. 5 years relevant experience within a leading law firm or inhouse. Excellent academic qualifications are essential, as is experience in the real estate sector. Knowledge of private market and alternative investment funds and their regulation. Position is eligible to work fully remotely in the US, with manager approval.
