Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field or foreign degree equivalent and two years of architecture experience. This experience must also include at least two years of experience inbr br Creating architectural specifications;br Using Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, Bluebeam, and Enscape 2D and 3D modeling tools;br Using Adobe CS and Microsoft Office to prepare visual presentations;br Preparing design development drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details;br Preparing land planning packages for authorities with zoning jurisdiction;br Conducting code assessments for building sites;br Investigating program application and spatial consequences;br Coordinating subconsultant and vendor drawings and specifications;br Researching and investigating products, detailing and other materials for use in design;br Developing performance analysis models; andbr Tracking jurisdictional and 3rd Party Reviewing Agencies commentary and responses.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.
