Of the 6 months of related experience, 3 months must include using lean manufacturing tools such as GDT Geometric and Dimension Tolerance, 8D, Kaizen, 5Why and Fishbone to conduct quality analysis; experience conducting quality assurance using PFMEA, CP and PPAP processes; ability to read and understand engineering drawings and PPAP processes. The 6 months of related experience must also include 1 to 3 months of experience in conducting quality analysis of automotive mirror products.
