Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of professional experience in the position offered, or in a Tech Manager, Engineeringrelated occupation.br br Position requiresbr br 1. 5 years with Java, TIBCO or Big Data platform, providing handson skills in TIBCO, Java or Big Data stack EMS, Kafka, Hadoop, Cassandra or Elastic Search;br 2. 5 years in reading, writing and interpreting complex technicalspecifications documents;br 3. 5 years in leading the development phase of projects, making work assignments and managing task completion, and selecting toolsmethodologies for projects, to ensure deliverables are met for scope of work, modifying jobs and schedules as necessary;br 4. 5 years with application development process, including SDLC methodology;br 5. 5 years in conducting complete diagnosis of most business problems, factoring in a strong understanding of the technical architecture, and understanding of architectural issues and factoring them into decisions and recommendations;br 6. 5 years with key business issues, metrics and drivers for success Retail operational metrics eg, supply chain, merchandizing, B2B, website performance, availability, SLAs or throughput, Retail analytics eg, competitive intelligence, price optimizations, customer loyalty or associate productivity and Retail business KPIs eg Sales Gross Margin, Average Customer spend or Cost of Goods Sold;br 7. 5 years in advising customersbusiness analysts on discrete technologyrelated business problems, formulating options including assessing risksrewards, and working with customersbusiness analysts to determine the best solution.
