Prior experience must include 5 years working on all aspects of investment process, including performing financial modeling, performing structural modeling and transaction structuring, performing transaction due diligence, and preparing transaction documentation; 5 years working with various financial markets, including equity structures, mezzanine financings, preferred equity deals, bank financings, and capital markets; and 5 years writing investment memoranda, including evaluating risk and recommending structuring options.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
