Prior experience must include 3 years working on balance sheet investment, jointventure partnership, privatization, recapitalization, and advisory transactions; 3 years evaluating real estate sector fundamentals and investment theses using macroeconomic, regulatory, and socioeconomic data; 3 years underwriting asset acquisitions, performing commercial due diligence, and preparing memos for investment committee approval; and 3 years developing annual budgets and ESG targets for managed portfolios and reviewing performance reports to monitor ongoing asset operational and financial performance against budget and analyzing variances to understand key drivers.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
