Must have two 2 years of design experience with all of the following 1 Translating Architects sketches and documents into realized 2D3D models and images using 2D3D software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape; 2 Preparing conceptual design and graphic presentation utilizing Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp; 3 Sketching by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; 4 Preparing Schematic Design, full Design Development, Construction Document sets and Construction Administration in Revit in Workplace Interiors for Technology Clients; 5 Utilizing knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes; AND 6 Building Information Modeling BIM software and parametric design software. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of experience must include experience with all of the following 1 Translating Architects sketches and documents into realized 2D3D models and images using 2D3D software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape; 2 Preparing conceptual design and graphic presentation utilizing Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp; 3 Sketching by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; 4 Preparing full Design Development, Schematic Design, Construction Document sets and Construction Administration in Revit in Workplace Interiors for Technology Clients; 5 Utilizing knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes; AND 6 Building Information Modeling BIM software and parametric design software.
