This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and four 4 years of related experience in the commercial construction industry. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 performing cost control and financial management for commercial construction projects; 2 drafting client proposals, performing contract administration and management, and awarding subcontracts for commercial construction projects; 3 implementing a quality plan that ensures the customers specified performance criteria in design and construction; 4 owning primary customer relationship for operating supplies and equipment OSE and furniture, fixtures, and equipment FEE package of at least 5 million and overseeing financial responsibility for mechanical and plumbing package of at least 40 million; and 5 working with the following tools and technologies Procor, Asta, Onscreen takeoff, Revizto, Bluebeam, Oracle, InfoCentre, Building Connected, and BIM 360. All experience may have been gained concurrently. May work in various unanticipated locations in the United States.
