Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Economics and Business Management or related field, followed by three years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in job offered or three years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Employer will accept 3 or 4 year degrees. Experience must include 1 Ability to create and maintain an excellent communication network needed to work in all key segments of the business planning, production, finance, legal and after sales teams; 2 Manage projects, plan budgets, prioritize multitasking and control deadlines; 3 Multitask and prioritize work to meet teams targets; 4 Work independently and based on weekly, monthly and yearly targets; 5 Microsoft Office skills SAP Business Object, Content Lab, PLM, DSS, Prima, Concur; 6 Authorized Retail Agreement ARA and Distribution Agreement DA; 7 Lead negotiations and manage the commercial partnerships with all Key Customers, successfully reaching all the targets set by the company; 8 Build accurate orders and sales forecasts that are of critical importance to orientate planning and production teams. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
