The position requires a Bachelors degree level grade point average GPA of 3.0 or acceptable foreign equivalent GPA; and a strong understanding of object oriented design concepts using C, C#, or Java and experience with GUI development, design patterns, database architecture, and network programming. Applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable.
