Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field plus two years or Bachelors degree plus five progressive years of developing software systems experience. Must have at least two years of experience in each of the following 1. Supporting software systems using webbased technologies including HTML, XHTML, and XML; 2. Building data visuals using reporting tools including Tableau, Qlik View, Looker, and Cognos; 3. Writing functional business requirements and documentation of System Requirements Specifications, User Manuals, Use Cases, Test Cases, System design, and Process Flow diagrams using Project Life Cycle templates; 4. Performing technical Quality Assurance QA using QA tools including HP Quality Center, Mantis, JIRA, and SDR bug tracker; 5. Building relational database management systems RDBMS, including Oracle 9i10g for data storage and analysis. Utilize SQL for data extraction and management; 6. Developing and maintaining software systems using Oracle SQL, PLSQL, JavaJ2EE, and Java Stored Procedures; and 7. Building data visuals and functional tools in Microsoft Excel including lookups, pivot tables, data trends. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
