Four 4 years experience as Financial Reporting Analyst or related role. Experience must include SP Global Market Intelligence tools, Egnyte, Checkpoint and NYSE WAAP tools; preparation of 10K, 10Q and 309 Financial Statements; and monthly close accounting for all shares Class A, Class B, Series ABCDT Preferred shares, LTIP units, and OP Units using Yardi. Position will be headquartered in Chico, CA, but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
