EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.br br Special Skills This position also requires education or experience in 1. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, per ASME Y14.5 2009; 2 Modeling solid parts and surfaces in 3D CAD; 3 Using computational methods to identify stresses and strains on parts as result of mechanical loading; 4br Organizing a Bill of Materials and executing an Engineering Change Release ECR to document and communicate design changes to outside stakeholders; 5 Knowledge of various Engineering Materials, along with their benefits and limitations; 6 Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, along with their benefits and limitations; 7 Rapid prototyping techniques; 8 Establishing a root cause of a problem using engineering tools fishbone, 8D, and 5Why analysis.
