Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five 5 years of software engineering experience developing rules strategies using decision management framework.br br Specific skillsother requirements Must also possess the following quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section Demonstrated Expertise DE leveraging business rules management systems BRMS, including FICO, Decision Management Platform, Blaze Advisor or Drools to create rules strategies and build new BRMS framework; DE harvesting rules from business requirements as acceptance criteria in order to create Rules inventory and Rules Service Design; DE developing Rules Workflows, Services, and Custom RMA from harvested rules; DE defining Rules deployment strategy for central repository on AWS to deliver stable, resilient and scalable systems for the enterprise and automating the deployment processes via CICD pipelines using Team City and Octopus; and DE developing middleware such as REST and SOAP services in Mulesoft, Tibco, JAVA or .NET complying with the SDLC in an Agile environment.br br Position is a telecommuting position and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
