Doctorate degree in Political Science plus 5 years of related research. Required skills design and teach introductory courses in political theory for undergraduate students, as well as upperlevel undergraduate courses rooted in political theory but catering to students across the social sciences and humanities; advise and mentor graduate students in political science, with a specific focus on normative questions drawing from debates of political theory, such as human rights and nationalism; pursue an active research agenda in democratic theory, the politics of identity, social egalitarianism, and interpretive methods, with an interest in interdisciplinarity; serve in administrative roles, such as admissions andor selection committees.
