All Requirements Bachelors degree or Foreign Equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering Technology or related field, plus 2 years of experience in installing, commissioning, and operating high purity process equipment and systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. In the alternative, employer will accept 4 years of experience in installing, commissioning, and operating high purity process equipment and systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.br br Experience may be gained concurrently and must include the followingbr 1 2 years of experience reading and interpreting mechanical design drawings and PIDs Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Isometric drawings, General Arrangement drawings for building and equipment layouts.br 2 2 years of experience reading and interpreting construction documents, such as submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, POs contracts, Field Work Directives, Progress reports, Quality Safety reports.br 3 2 years of experience working in a construction environment, coordinating with multidisciplined trades and suppliers.br 4 2 years of experience working with startup commissioning processes and developing best practices for system completion, walkdowns for design spec compliance and final turnoverhandover of systems and documentation.br 5 2 years of experience installing, testing, qualifying, and operating high purity utility systems such as USP Water, Clean Steam, Clean Air, and specialty gases Nitrogen, CO2, O2.br 6 2 years of experience working with cleaning and chemical passivation of hygienic materials, piping systems.br 7 2 years of experience in the design review process and clean construction techniques.br 8 2 years of experience reading, interpreting, and writing commissioning, qualification, validation CQV protocols, operational instructions, and procedures.br 9 2 years of experience reviewing and validating critical documentation from suppliers to produce concise and highquality turnover packages for releasing systems and from an audit perspective.br 10 1 year of experience managing ownerclient processes and turnover requirements.
