60 months automotive manufacturing experience at a vehicle level during new program preproduction and launch, 24 months of experience developing and deploying a supplier quality program, and 24 months of supplier quality or automotive manufacturing leadership experience. Also requires experience in quality systems and PPAPAPQP processes; working knowledge of statistical process control SPC, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing GDT and lean manufacturing, and how to apply these skills to improve quality, capacity, and reduce cost; and demonstrable leadership abilities.
