Candidate must also have at least five 5 years of experience serving in a Cantonesespeaking church setting. In addition, the employer requiresbr br 1 Demonstrated ability in working with a range of life stages, including youth, adults, couples, and family, in a church setting that involves teaching, mentoring, and counselingcoaching individuals according to Christian Biblical principles gained through at least five 5 years of work experience in a Cantonesespeaking church setting;br 2 Demonstrated ability in preparing for sermons employing evangelical Biblical exegesis and hermeneutical approach gained through at least five 5 years of work experience;br 3 Demonstrated ability in delivering sermons in a Cantonesespeaking church setting gained through at least five 5 years of work experience; andbr 4 Demonstrated ability in working with church staff to organize, lead, and implement church events and congregational activities gained through at least five 5 years of work experience.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.br br Telecommuting is an option but employee must be at church on Sundays.
