Experience must have included at least two 2 yrs. in each of the following Design of Extrusion Blow Molding and Injection Stretch Blow Mold Assemblies Auxiliary Equipment Design for Rigid Plastic Container Manufacturing; Using CAD and FEA software including Solidworks, inventor and Ansys; Time bound budgetoriented project management through detail technical assessment; Process development for EBM, SBM and IM bottle blowing technologies; Use of automation, electrical and mechanical engineering skills for troubleshooting industrial equipment; Use of PLC programming software including Siemens Tia Portal in order to improve and upgrade industrial equipment; Use of Kaizen and FMEA tools to apply preventive and corrective actions for manufacturing failures; Using Statistical data analysis softwares including Excel VBA and Minitab to provide datadriven optimal technical solutions.
