The foreign national has a minority interest in the company.br br LogisticsOS is a fastgrowing startup company that provides route optimization and fleet dispatching algorithms as services to let any lastmile company offer same day or next hour delivery.br br The position listed in H.3 reports to the companys CEO. The CEO is the sole member of the companys Board of Directors. The CEO has complete authority to hire, pay, and fire the position. The CEO also has the right to control 100 of the positions duties, including the ability to control the manner and means in which the work product is accomplished. Additionally, the CEO provides the tools and instrumentalities needed to perform the positions duties.
