Requires 6 years of experience with C# .NET development including .NET Core applications and testing framework and strategies. Requires 3 years of experience in the following architecture and design patterns, Object Oriented Design, and programming concepts; Building microservicebased solutions and decoupled applications; Microservices development using ASP.NET Web APIs, and messaging frameworks including two of the following NServiceBus, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus; Two of the following Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS, Git, or Azure DevOps; Microsoft SQL server, including writing Ad hoc SQL queries, stored procedures, and analyzing and troubleshooting query performance; Agile development methodologies including Agile Scrum and Testdriven development TDD; and Logging, debugging and issue troubleshooting in software applications. Requires 2 years of experience in the following Implementing software security using OAuth2 and JWT Tokens with Azure AD implementations; and Webbased UI development using at least three of the following HTML5, CSS, React, utilizing RESTbased services, or JSON.
