Must have Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering any or a related field plus four 4 years of experience in the position offered, as a Productivity and Operational Excellence Manager, or a related position.br br Must have four 4 years of experience in Industrial Gas with all of the followingbr Thermodynamical process modeling;br Project Management and field construction experience in an industrial environmentbr Applying Six Sigma and statistical principles in the daily operations collecting data, analyzing and providing guidance and direction to the organization;br Cryogenic Industrial Process Operation and Design including Air separation units, Rare Gases Production and Purification process, Helium Production and Purification process, liquefiers, heat exchangers and distillation columns;br Identifying process bottlenecks Helium and Rare Gases Industrial Production process, Distribution, Business, Work process, back office daily initiatives and implementing new processbr and procedural changes.br Must possess Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.br br 2550 travel to various and unanticipated Linde plant sites nationally and internationally.
