Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a related field plus three 3 years of experience in the position offered, as a Plant Manager, Operations and SHEQ Superintendent, Production Manager or a related position. Must have three 3 years of experience in each of the following Safe handling of Acetylene gas in bulk storage quantities in accordance with governmental regulations; Technical knowledge of the design standards including National Fire Protection Association NFPA for Acetylene supply systems setup; Specialization in atmospheric gas packaging including Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide, following Standard Operating ProceduresSOPs, and Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs; Utilizing technical drawings for proposed existing systems using Microsoft Visio and AUTOCAD; Applying safe cylinder handling and maintenance in cylinder filling and highpressure manifold systems; and Experience in project management starting from planning, risk analysis, and project performance metrics. 13 domestic travel to client locations.
