The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, or a related field employer will accept any combination of education, work experience, or training confirmed by a qualified evaluation provider to be equivalent to a Bachelors degree plus five 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following System operations and administration, telecommunications network installation, operation and maintenance; Operating environments and technologies including mainframe, midrange, desktop, server, network data, voice, messaging, web, and database; Consulting experience, specifically working with client and other systems technical staff, consultants and vendors; Indepth expert knowledge and experience with Windows Server OS 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 and its various components; Extensive experience with IIS build and config, and web server communication; Thorough understanding and experience of the following debug and analysis tools Debug Diag, WireShark, and F5BigIP; Expertise with COM application architecture, construction, and support; Handson experience with installation an d maintenance of MS SQL Server and DB2 Connect; MQ experience, build, config, and support; and Complete understanding and working experience on network transmission protocols and components TCPIP, Certificate authentication, SSLTSL, encryption; Extensive experience in buildconfiguration automation using Powershell, DOS command line, vbScriptWMI and interacting with REST API calls; Experience in the insurance industry.
