Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in electrical engineering, electrical and computer engineering, electronics engineering, electronics and communications engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or related field. Must have any amount of training, work experience, academic experience, or coursework before, during, or after the degree, in any of the following technical areas design and testing of embedded control systems for automotive applications; engine control module embedded design, including microprocessor peripherals, memory allocation, programming standards; use of function safety processes, including hazard analysis and risk assessment, FMEA, FTA, and safety validation; version control, requirements management and lifecycle management software; control systems in automotive devices; software testing.
