Requires a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have 5 years of experience with the following Developing telephony platforms; software engineering; reporting for contact center KPIs; contact center voice and text channel routing; CRM platforms; CPaaS communication platform as a service platforms; designing system architecture for contact center systems which include voice response IVR, Text and web applications; Computer Telephone Integration CTI for phone call routing and transfers; and designing IVR systems to process Dual Tone Multi Frequency DTMF and Automated Speech Recognition ASR inputs.br br Remote work permitted up to two days per week.
