Requires a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and 3 years of related experience. All qualifying experience must include earthwork and foundation construction projects; assisting with the planning and execution of field investigations; observation of complex foundation and earthwork construction activities; preparing logs and field reports; performing routine and complex geotechnical engineering analyses; and the preparation of geotechnical engineering reports and plans for contract document packages.
