Required Bachelors degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement. In addition, the following specific skills are requiredbr br 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations and Quality Assurance such as milling, turning, fabrication, assembly, continuous improvement, process auditing, or external process quality management;br 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing of machinery for liquid food processing such as fillers, labelers, palletizers and conveying, blow molders or spare part solutions;br 5 years of experience in Autodesk, AutoCAD or Minitab software applications and Microsoft Office suite;br 5 years of experience of problemsolving methodologies, such as six sigma, DMAIC or lean practices;br 5 years of experience in ISO 9001 2015 certification compliance, maintenance and process auditing; and,br 2 years of experience with ISO 9000 implementation and lean manufacturing principles such as continuous improvement, overall equipment effectiveness, process auditing, PDCA, 8 deadly wastes mapping of value streams VSM or process flow analysis.
