Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. 8 years of experience in the electric power engineering sector, including at least 3 years of experience in sales and business development. 3 years experience leading projects in complex power electronic power conversion systems; leading project teams to deliver complex energy projects, consisting of global matrixed, crossfunctional teams performing product management, manufacturing management, RD, and proposal management; leading complex deals and selling to key accounts in power and energy; coaching and developing sales managers covering industry trends, value proposition, and competitive positioning; and executing consultative selling to power and energy sector customers. Experience can be concurrent.
