Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following U.S. GAAP; U.S. GAAS; PCAOB Auditing Standards; SEC registrants; and auditing financial statements and internal controls.br br Must have an active Arizona CPA license.br br Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 20.br Travel to various international locations required up to 10.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
