Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP; U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards GAAS; Public Company Accounting Oversight Board PCAOB Auditing Standards; SEC financial reporting issues, including SEC filings for public engagements; and Testing internal accounting procedures and communicating findings to clients.br br Must have an active Texas CPA license.br br Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 5.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
