Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Health Informatics, Clinical Research, Business, Mathematics or in a closely related field of study with an academic or industrial background in i manipulating complex datasets using formulas, pivot tables, andor other modeling tools; ii performance measurement processes such as database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and DB2 for reportingdashboard deployment; iii translating complex data sets into robust models with userfriendly visualization and access; and iv database manipulation tools including SQL.
