Electromechanical and optomechanical system and subsystem alignments and calibrations;br 2. Identifying Product Cost of Service issues and developing appropriate case studies for wafer handler instruction;br 3. Initiation of Document Change Requisitions to ensure service procedures are accurate and current;br 4. Performing regular Preventive Maintenance for wafer handler training tools per BestKnownMethods BKM;br 5. Troubleshooting common wafer handler system failures; andbr 6. System integration with host products for wafer handler integration.br br Domestic and international travel required.
