Position requiresbr br 1. Design and build high precision optical systems involving laser, lens, photo detector, andor PMT;br 2. Utilizing NI board andor computer to control optical systems;br 3. Data and image acquisition, physics simulations, and motion control utilizing MATLAB;br 4. Statistical analyses of experimental data to determine relationship of different parameters utilizing JMP, MATLAB or Python;br 5. Lab work utilizing laboratory instruments, including oscilloscope and function generator;br 6. Troubleshooting optical systems, including debugging software utilizing MATLAB, NI, andor Labview; andbr 7. Fundamental physics, specifically in the field of lightmaterial interaction, such as laser, scattering, transition, abortion, detection.
