Position requiresbr 1. Project management through the use of Microsoft Teams, Excel, or other project management system;br 2. Developing continuous improvement strategies and creating metrics using Lean Six Sigma, Minitab, or other process improvement methodologies;br 3. Financial evaluation Cost Estimation and Bill of Material and Quality Control;br 4. Preparation and delivery of technical presentations;br 5. Change process management through the ADKAR Model;br 6. Operations or supply chain management; andbr 7. Usage of CAD software such as Dassault Systemes SolidWorks or analytical software such as Ansys and MATLAB.
