Requires three 3 years of experience working as an associate attorney advising on international MA and other corporate transactions. Experience must include the following Drafting share purchase agreements, stockholders agreements, business combination agreements; Coordinating domestic and crossborder public and private MA transactions and ancillary agreements; Coordinating and reviewing due diligence process; Advising public companies and strategic investors in connection with MA transactions in the US, Latin America, and Europe; and Drafting offering documents in connection with capital markets transactions and SEC filings.
