KIMBERLYCLARK USA, LLC – $178,485.00/Year

Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience managing an actual development project from product concept to innovation launch. Requires 5 years of experience working in a cross functional role, including partnering with supply chain, finance, and sales to execute the launches and actively managing existing projects; and working on branded products not private label products. Requires 2 years of experience creating and implementing a product roadmap, inclusive of innovation and renovation; and working through the product claims process to support the launch of new products, including working with regulatory and legal. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
