Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br Experience in H.6, H.8 or H.10 to involve 1 Project Cost Management to include financial reporting, developing, and managing project financial plans, calculating accurate cost projections, controlling project indirect costs, and using project data to make decisions; 2 Document Control to include managing design revisions, managing contract closeout records, and managing contract deliverables; 3 developing and maintaining workplans with project teams and subcontractors for client turnovers; 4 Operational Planning to include planning and coordinating project Temporary Structures and Construction Devices plan, integrating lookahead schedule with master schedule, using schedule to perform time impact analysis, and managing job schedule for accuracy and to meet contract deadlines; and 5 Contract Administration to include developing and executing change orders, developing and submitting invoices, reading and interpreting contract drawings and plans and implementing project close out procedures with clients and multiple subcontractors.
