Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.br Two years of operations management experience at an entertainment company including experience inbr Planning, directing, or coordinating the operations, while establishing and maintaining high standards of customer service for artists and guests.br Formulating event organization policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of resources.br Performing and executing successful settlement of events.br Managing venue vendors and subcontractors and fulfill tour security requirements.br Coordinating day of event activities and matters while meeting staffing levels and budget targets for each event.br Forecasting operational and production expenses.
