Julian Weber Architecture and Design LLC – $65,645.00/Year

The required One 1 year of experience, as referenced in Question H6 above, means one year of experience performing architectural design of Neighborhood Residential and MultiFamily Residential projects, including one year of experience in each of the following a. Utilizing Revit AutoCAD to develop site feasibility studies, site strategies, plan strategies, and construction documentation and details. b. Utilizing Lumion or equivalent and Adobe Creative Suite to develop renderings and design presentations. c. Managing multiple projects and deadlines. d. Applying knowledge of applicable building and technical codes to develop strategies for Storm Water, Tree Regulation, and Geologic Hazard; and e. Coordinating with Structural, Landscape, Geotechnical and Civil Engineering Drawings to develop construction documentation. All experience may be gained concurrently.
