Experience must include 9 years of experience leading analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances and trends and the development of relevant theses; 7 years of experience identifying and overseeing of portfolio acquisitions; 7 years of experience sourcing and identifying potential acquisitions and constructing acquisition theses; 7 years of experience managing transaction execution and providing board level oversight to portfolio companies; 7 years of experience evaluating and selecting financing alternatives involving equitylinked, high grade and high yield debt products; and demonstrated executive team leadership experience.br Travel required 1 month quarterly to portfolio company sites located both in the US and internationally.
