Must have Infrastructure engineering experience mainly focusing on storage technologies and other core services technologies to build out storage infrastructure and data protection backup engineered solutions. Must have demonstrated knowledge of OS administration skills, such as Linux and Windows. Must have application development experience using Python suite to build storage applications for the automations. Must have demonstrated knowledge of aggregating logs and providing visual reports leveraging tools like splunk, Grafana or Kibana. Must have experience in integration of engineered storage solutions with rest of core infrastructure services, such as such as ntp, dns, AD, ldap, dhcp, and ssl as a part of implementation of engineered solutions. Must have demonstrated knowledge emc data domain,veritas netbackup backup and other equivalent storage backup solutions. Must have experience in NAS storage systems of emc isilon and netapp CDOT and object storage systems, such as emc ecs to integrate into backup solutions. Must have experience in automation using Python to automate engineered solutions and perform SRE function to improve developed code stability and monitoring, develop APIs using RESTframework of Python django or equivalent frameworks for storage applications and working on Scrum Agile methodologies for project management and software development. Must have experience on SAN switches, including cisco and brocade. Must have experience in version control systems, such as Git, to effectively manage automated code versions. Must have experience leveraging backend relational databases, such as SQL and MariaDB and nonrelational databses, including MongoDB, to act as storage for storage applications and write SQL queries to verify the required data. Must have experience troubleshooting breaks in storage environment and also proactively averting any potential performance issues.
