Bachelors Degree in Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related and 5 years experience with manufacturing and engineering design of shafts, sprockets, gears or related gear cutting equipment and cutting tools. Knowledge of heat treat processes induction hardening, carburizing, nitriding, quenching, tempering and flame hardening processes, SAP, NX Siemens and CNC programming. One direct report. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education and experience that meets the minimum qualifications for the position.
