Must have Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field and seven 7 years of related work experience.br br Must have five 5 years of experience within each of the followingbr br Applying technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building automations;br Developing business cases for energy water conservation;br Utility data benchmark and trend analysis to identify excessive energy and water consumption;br Knowledge of environmental reporting, utility management, and energy budgets; andbr Conducting site walkthroughs to find conservation measures e.g. ASHRAE Level 1 and 2.br br Telecommuting permitted.br br Must have obtained Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers.
