Must have a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws or foreign equivalent and 10 years of experience with international debt capital markets, structured products, and structured financings acting for leading financial institutions andor acting on such products for digital assetcrypto firms. 3 years of experience with developing products that interface between conventional financial instruments and digitalcrypto assets; actual legal structuring and legal build out of crypto exchanges, crypto stablecoins and crypto trading coins; advising FinTech startup companies on their fundraising, including fundraising by way of token issuances on the blockchain; advising clients on how digital tokens will be characterized under English law; designing, building and deploying a successful legally focused FinTech accelerator program that a provides legal support to startup FinTech companies; b brings together FinTech companies with leading FinTech industry influencers; and c gives FinTech companies access to leading investors, influencers and advisors; and advising clients on regulatory elements of digital assets, including dealing with virtual asset service provider VASP requirements and UK Cryptoasset business requirements of the UK Financial Conduct Authority FCA. Must be licensed in England and Wales and registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant with the State Bar of California.
