Must have a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field, plus 7 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate work experience in the manufacturing industry.br br Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Change management and implementation of change;br Continuous improvement tools including Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, SMED, VSM and Process Mapping; andbr Work planning and organization, information management and communication through IT Programs.br br Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Project management; andbr Forecasting CIMANEX budgeting.br br Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Processproduction transfer;br br Must have a masterlevelexpertlevel certification in Lean Six Sigma MBB, Hoshin Kanri or equivalent certification provided by a private company.br br Must be willing and able to travel up to 10 of the time.
