Employer will accept a Masters degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Position requires experience withbr 1. Creating and implementing technical strategy in a regulated medical industry production environment;br 2. Managing projects for manufacturing engineering including process validation and deployment of equipment strategy;br 3. Developing engineering strategy and leading teams in project execution;br 4. Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements;br 5. Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities within raw material and finished goods supply base;br 6. Six Sigma, Process Excellence, andor LEAN;br 7. Demonstrated people management skills;br 8. Demonstrated budget management skills; andbr 9. Experience with injection molding, metrology, test equipment, various manufacturing process technologies e.g. heat staking, ultrasonic welding, etc., and other applicable manufacturing technologies.br br May require up to 50 travel domestic and international.
